| I bought a refurbished computer on a tight bugdet and of course I wasn't sure how reliable it would be so I decided to buy the 3 year square trade warranty as a backup. Sure enough, the computer has quit working properly after about 7 months ... which is pretty bad. But I called square trade about it and talked to a very nice gentleman who spoke perfectly clear English and I didn't even have to hold for longer than 5 minutes at peak calling time. After a five minute conversation, they are sending me a check for the full value of the computer as purchased. Pretty awesome. |
